These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thelynnshow.com and the website features, applications, forms and content operated by Lynn Living LLC through The Lynn Show and Lynn's Library (collectively, the "Website").
By using the Website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit materials through it.
Separate terms apply to purchases. Approved paid features, placements and sponsorships are also governed by our Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and any approval email or written agreement describing the purchased service. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms, the specific agreement controls for that service.
1. Who We Are
The Website is operated by Lynn Living LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, through The Lynn Show and Lynn's Library. References to "Lynn Living," "we," "us" or "our" mean Lynn Living LLC.
2. Eligibility
You may browse the Website at any age, subject to applicable law. Applications, purchases, sponsorships and agreements to participate in recorded or live media are intended for adults. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your submission, participation or purchase.
3. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Website and its original text, graphics, logos, branding, page designs, audio, video, photographs, interviews, show formats and other content are owned by Lynn Living LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and share links to publicly available pages for personal, lawful and noncommercial purposes. Unless we give prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, scrape, frame, distribute or commercially exploit Website content or use our names, logos or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Third-party books, cover art, photographs, trademarks, excerpts and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Applications and Private Submissions
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, publication, a recording date, editorial coverage or a paid opportunity. Application materials are used for review and coordination and are not made public merely because they were submitted.
If you are selected, purchase an approved service or otherwise authorize a public feature, the materials approved for that feature may be used in accordance with your approval email, selected package, recording authorization or other written agreement.
5. Materials You Provide
You retain ownership of original materials you provide. You confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any manuscript, excerpt, book cover, headshot, logo, recording, testimonial, link or promotional material.
When you provide materials for an approved recording, feature, placement, sponsorship or publishing project, you grant Lynn Living LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, format, display, distribute and promote those materials only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, deliver, publish, archive and promote that approved project. This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying work.
Please do not submit confidential information or highly sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it through an appropriate process.
6. Reader Responses, The Verdict and Bask or Burn
The Verdict includes its Bask or Burn reader-response component. By submitting a response intended for The Verdict, Bask or Burn or The Reading Room, you authorize Lynn Living LLC to review, select, quote, display, read, discuss and distribute that response through its live, recorded, website, newsletter and social-media content.
Responses may be edited for length, spelling or clarity without intentionally changing their meaning. Submission does not guarantee that a response will be selected or published. Opinions expressed by readers, guests and other contributors belong to those individuals and do not necessarily represent the views of Lynn Living LLC.
7. Recordings, Livestreams and Interviews
Participants will be informed when an appearance is recorded or broadcast live. By joining a confirmed recording or livestream after receiving that notice, you authorize Lynn Living LLC to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, excerpt and promote your approved participation through The Lynn Show, Lynn's Library and their distribution channels, subject to any separate written agreement.
We retain editorial control over titles, descriptions, edits, excerpts, scheduling and presentation. Unless expressly agreed in writing, participation does not include advance approval of questions, edits, clips, thumbnails or the final program.
8. Editorial Independence and No Guaranteed Results
Payment, application or participation does not purchase editorial selection, a favorable review, a positive verdict or control over our editorial judgment. Paid placements and sponsorships will be disclosed where they appear.
We do not guarantee book or product sales, audience growth, engagement, media attention, platform availability, a particular number of views, listens, clicks or reader responses, or any other commercial result.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Website to:
- Break the law, infringe another person's rights or submit material you are not authorized to use.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, book, product, business or credentials.
- Submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, malicious or knowingly false content.
- Upload malware, interfere with Website security or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or information.
- Harvest personal information, send spam or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Website.
- Manipulate reader responses, reviews, votes or other community-participation features.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including form and application platforms, payment processing, scheduling and remote recording tools, online retailers, podcast, video and music streaming platforms, and social-media platforms. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not necessarily mean that Lynn Living LLC endorses the third party or everything it publishes.
11. Affiliate and Sponsored Content
Some links may be affiliate links. Lynn Living LLC may earn a commission from qualifying purchases without increasing your price. As an Amazon Associate, Lynn Living LLC earns from qualifying purchases.
Sponsored and paid promotional content will be identified in the medium where it appears. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a favorable opinion or editorial outcome.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information. By using the Website, you acknowledge that policy.
13. Website Availability and Accuracy
We work to keep the Website useful and accurate, but content, links, dates, availability and features may change. The Website may occasionally be unavailable or contain typographical, technical or other errors. We may correct errors, update content, suspend features or remove material when reasonably necessary.

16. Responsibility for Submitted Materials
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses or costs resulting from materials you knowingly submit without the required rights or permissions, or from your unlawful misuse of the Website. We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not require you to accept a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.
17. Copyright Concerns
If you believe material on the Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, email hello@thelynnshow.com with identification of the work, the material at issue, its Website location, your contact information and an explanation of your rights. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a good-faith complaint.
18. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or end access to Website features when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, security risks, abuse, infringement, fraud or a material violation of these Terms. This does not alter refund or delivery rights that apply under the Payment Terms or applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact hello@thelynnshow.com so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections, remedies or a forum that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Website, services or law changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively change the terms governing a completed purchase or existing written agreement.
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Payment Terms and any applicable written agreement, form the agreement governing your use of the Website and related services.
